Angela Perley
Wednesday, May 27 at Westside Bowl welcomes Angela Perley and Country Honk for a night of heartland songwriting, honky tonk grit, and amplified Americana.
Angela Perley
Angela Perley writes songs made for long drives, neon signs, dive bars, and wide-open highways. Pulling from cosmic alt-country, roadhouse rock & roll, psychedelia, and Americana, her music balances vintage influence with sharp modern songwriting and a magnetic live presence.
Perley has shared stages with artists including Willie Nelson, Lucinda Williams, Tyler Childers, CAAMP, Kaitlin Butts, Eilen Jewell, and Jaime Wyatt, and performed at Stagecoach in 2023 on Nikki Lane’s Horseshoe Stage.
Country Honk
Cleveland’s Country Honk brings classic honky tonk together with the swagger and energy of country rock. Inspired by legends like Hank Williams, Buck Owens, Merle Haggard, and Willie Nelson, the band mixes twang-heavy originals with deep-cut country favorites built for dance floors and late nights.
Known for lively performances and a growing Midwest following, Country Honk carries the spirit of old-school country into modern festival stages, dive bars, and everywhere in between.
