Venue Information

Venue Capacity

Main stage capacity is 700 and located on the upper level of the venue. The Trophy Room is located in the basement and has a max capacity of 200. You can find more information about each stage and equipment further down this page.

General Rules
  • Most events are all ages. Age restrictions may apply depending on the event. (18+, 21+ will be noted in show information)
  • No outside food / beverages are allowed into the venue.
  • Bowling is available during normal business hours unless otherwise noted. On event days you must have a ticket to the event in order to bowl.
Photo and Video Policy
Cameras, video cameras, and other sound recording devices are not permitted without explicit written permission from management at least 3 days prior to the event, excluding cell phones. If you are an artist or promoter wishing to have a professional photographer or videographer present at your event, you must acquire permission prior to the event. Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks, or laser pointers are also prohibited items.

Is your venue all ages?
Yes. Occasionally we host events that are 18 and 21 and over. Those events will be listed as such. If no age requirements are mentioned, it is an all ages event.
Do you offer ADA accommodations?
Yes. It is our intent to serve all patrons equally and to offer an accessible and barrier-free event experience. If you or a member of your party require ADA accommodations, we ask that you contact the venue box office reasonably in advance of the event you are attending, so we can make every effort to accommodate specific requests. Our Trophy Room (basement) is not wheelchair accessible and there is little seating available.
Do you allow cameras and recording devices?
Cameras, video cameras, and other sound recording devices are not permitted without prior permission from management. If an artist requests a “no-camera” policy, this includes cell phones. Our staff is required to politely enforce this on behalf of the artist. The venue reserves the right to make determinations in this area.
What is your bag policy?

Bags are permitted in the venue but are subject to search.

What items are not permitted in the venue?

Outside food, beverages or alcohol
Weapons and weaponized props
LED items, laser pointers/pens, flashlights
Airhorns, whistles, cowbells, other noise-making devices
Illegal drugs/drug paraphernalia
Glow sticks or glow items
Mace or pepper spray
Fireworks, smoke bombs, flares, sparklers
Skateboards, roller blades, roller shoes, ice skates
Laptops, tablet computers, two-way radios
Selfie sticks, poles or any device deemed by management to be a weapon or projectile
Professional cameras, (detachable lens), Go-Pro cameras, or drones
Any other item deemed inappropriate by venue management or as requested by tours

Do children under a certain age need a ticket?
All patrons, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket in order to enter the venue.
How do I get tickets?
For paid events, tickets are available on our website and throught EventBrite. You may also stop in during normal business hours to purchase tickets for an event. We accept cash and all major credit cards. For questions about hours, ticket availability, or general questions, please contact us.
Can I have my tickets refunded?
All sales are final unless the show is cancelled by the artist or venue. Online ticket purchases will automatically be refunded to you. If you purchased tickets at the box office or over the phone, refunds will be given at point of purchase.
What does general admission mean?
General Admission means there are no assigned seats.
What time do doors open and what time does the event start?

Door and show time vary per event. Each event listing will have door time stated. The time on your ticket also states the door time. Shows typically start 30 – 60 minutes after doors open. Show times vary per show. We are typically open as a restaurant and bowling alley so patrons are welcome to arrive at any time. You will be required to purchase a ticket if an event is starting. 

Do you serve food?

Can I re-enter the building?
We typically allow people to re-enter as long as they have a wrist band. Some events may vary. We do have a designated smoking area where you can have a cigarette and take your drink outside.
What if I loose an item?
If you left something behind, please call us 330-792-7675. When we find items or gear we place it in our lost and found.
Cancellations and Rescheduled Performances
Programs, dates, and performance times are subject to change depending on artists’ availability. In the event a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, ticket holders can get information via our venue website, our ticketing company website (EVENTBRITE), or by sending an email. If a show is cancelled, refunds will automatically be issued at the point of purchase. If a show is rescheduled, eligible buyers will have 30 days to request a refund from the original point of purchase.
Smoking and Vapor Devices
All smoking, including vapor devices, is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Smoking is only permitted in designated, outdoor areas.

Main Stage

Located Upstairs
Our Main Stage is located upstairs alongside the bowling alley. It can hold up to 700 people at full capacity. There is plenty of room for your merchandise and we do NOT take merch cuts. Fans and bands enjoy bowling, live music, and great food. Check out our full menu here.

Trophy Room

Located in the Basement
The Trophy Room is perfect for most underground gigs. Our basement has bathrooms, a full-bar, and you can order food (and we will bring it to you). There is plenty of room for your merchandise– and we don’t take any cuts!
