Cara DeChurch is a singer/songwriter and actor from the Youngstown area! Over the past year, she has been working on her debut album, “Mosaic of a Broken Heart”. She and her brother, Alexander DeChurch, wrote it together and made the journey to Breakthrough Sounds Recording Studio to have it produced by Toobe Fresco. The collaboration of these three artists created a truly unique indie pop album. “Mosaic of a Broken Heart” pushes the limits of what pop music sounds like by dipping into a different musical genre on each track.

Furthermore, it is a non-explicit album. Cara is so proud of this body of work because it represents the journey that she has gone through the past couple of years. From broken and bitter to joyful and at peace, Cara hopes that people see that there is always light at the end of the tunnel and our inherent worth never changes. She has found that we can always start over no matter the hardships, insecurities, mistakes, and/or shame. Cara is so grateful to be able to do what she loves and recognizes how blessed she is. She gives all glory and honor to God through Jesus Christ, her Savior. He truly got her out of the trenches.
