Horehound is a traditional post-metal four piece that have molded their unique potent blend of snarling riffs, morose melodies, and rhythmic intricacy that owes equally to doom metal convention and goth/dark ambient environment. The overall sound is slowly melodic with a heavier sludge inspiration dwelling among the grinding guitar, fuzz-laden bass, bruising drums, and demanding, magnetic vocals.
