IN JULY 2021, MELT RELEASED THEIR SELF-TITLED DEBUT AND PERFORMED LIVE FOR THE FIRST TIME, QUICKLY DEVELOPING A REPUTATION IN THE PITTSBURGH MUSIC SCENE FOR THEIR LIVELY AND ENGAGING STAGE PRESENCE, HEAVY RHYTHMIC SOUND, AND UNIQUE EXTRATERRESTRIAL AESTHETIC.
IN JULY OF 2023, MELT RELEASED THEIR FOLLOW-UP LP, REPLICA OF MAN, WHICH RECEIVED CRITICAL ACCLAIM ACROSS THE BLOGOSPHERE AND THROUGHOUT THE KNOWN GALAXY, INCLUDING MENTIONS ON WEBSITES SUCH AS DOOM CHARTS, PODCASTS INCLUDING FUZZ CLUB, AND OTHER CELESTIAL OUTPOSTS.
