About the Artists
Reaper On Red — Over a swarm of fuzz, siren synths, and propulsive bass, Reaper On Red creates human-meets-machine music inspired by minimalist art, occult mythologies, and dystopian science fiction (a.k.a. current affairs). “Imagine if John Carpenter and Moe Tucker joined Sisters of Mercy and you’re nearly there,” Electronic Sound wrote of their 2022 debut The Zodiac Lights. Their follow-up, Doom Daze, expands that vision with brooding intensity — “sonically clever and brilliantly relevant, timely and timeless,” praised The Big Takeover. The duo has shared stages with everyone from The Brian Jonestown Massacre to goth-pop artist Riki.

Chew — Chew is psychedelic, but whatever the back psychedelia is. The antithesis of glossy pop riffs and recycled arrangements, the Atlanta-based trio bends genre and sound into a fuzzed-out freak show of rhythm and noise. Their live sets are kaleidoscopic bursts of experimental rock, synth textures, and acid-drenched improvisation.
