About Spirit of the Bear

Formed in Youngstown and now based in Ohio, Spirit of the Bear crafts synth-forward indie pop that blends shimmering guitars, layered keys, and crisp rhythms. The current lineup features James Harker (vocals, guitar), Danny Svenson (keys, vocals), Ethan Schwendeman (keys), Jamie Vitullo (drums), and Mike Perorazio (bass). Their polished, hook-rich sound comes through on fan favorites like “Wires,” “Summer Snow,” and their recent EP Read My Mind.
