Susan Wojnar & Company is…

Drummer Sam Orrico, life-long player in the NE Ohio music scene. He’s shared the bill with acts such as Tommy Castro, Koko Taylor and South Side Johnny and the Asbury Jukes. He currently drums for the River Saints, The Rodger Montgomery Blues Band, The Medusa Flyers, and at the Michael Peterson Band.

Bassist Tom Meckling is a consummate bluesman, having held the bottom end in local blues bands such as Chasin’ The Blues for over 50 years.
Veteran Lead Guitarist Bill Fischer has been handling an ax since he was 6. He’s played in multiple blues bands, including a 30 stint with area favorite, Chasin’ the Blues. He currently is with Groove Time.

Singer Songwriter Susan Wojnar has played the NE Ohio area for over 25 years. Her original material encompasses blues, folk, rock, and jazz and she tackles social issues, slices of life and of course, matters of the heart. It has been said that her powerful vocals could “light up a neighborhood.” Her second CD, Starz on the Water will be released in June.
