✨ The First Wednesday Reader Series returns with an inspired evening of poetry and music in the Trophy Room at Westside Bowl. Featured poets Wendy McVicker, former Poet Laureate of Athens, Ohio (2020–2022) and author of Stronger When We Touch, and Philip Terman of Grove City, PA—whose works include The Whole Mishpocha and My Blossoming Everything—bring words that pulse with heart and humanity. 🎙️ They’ll be joined by the Catro Trio—Dave Kana, Glenn Schaft, and Mark DeWalt—for a rich fusion of language and jazz. 🎶 An open mic follows for those moved to share their own voice. Co-hosted by the YSU Poetry Club, with ASL interpretation by Meagan Albani. Open mic to follow.
