Our kitchen is busier than ever, so we’ve adjusted our hours for free pizza orders to help our staff keep up with demand. Please call 330-792-7675 during the posted hours to place your order. We will have a set amount of pizzas available each day. If the line is busy, don’t give up — keep trying! You’re also welcome to stop in to order in person, but please understand there may be a wait.

We’re grateful for the support that’s keeping this program alive — thanks to your generosity, we have funding to continue for the next few months. If you can’t get a pizza today, try again tomorrow. We’ll do our best to make sure everyone who needs a meal gets one.

How do I get a free pizza?

Call 330-792-7675 between noon and 3:00PM Monday – Thursday. You will receive a 12″ pizza, just let us know if you need red or white sauce.

Am I eligible for a free pizza?
If a free pizza would help you or your family right now, yes — you’re eligible. You do not need an EBT card or any form of documentation. Many hardworking individuals and families struggle to make ends meet, and not everyone qualifies for SNAP benefits (even when those programs are fully funded). We understand that unexpected expenses and life challenges happen. If a hot meal would ease that burden, please know you’re welcome here.
Do I need to provide documentation?
No. We operate on the honor system. These are tough times and if you are struggling to make ends meet, like many of us are, you are welcome to a pizza. Everyone deserves a good, hot, meal and we are grateful for the people in our community and beyond that are making that possible.
The phones are off the hook... Now what?
Please note that our phones have been extremely busy, and our team can only take so many orders at a time while keeping up with regular business operations. If you get a busy signal, please keep trying. You’re also welcome to stop in to place an order, but there will likely be a wait. We ask for your patience and kindness toward our staff — everyone is doing their best to meet the growing demand.

Do you deliver free pizzas?

We do not have a delivery service as part of our standard business operations. While we rely on third-party services like DoorDash for delivery orders, the Pay It Forward Pizza program is for pickup only.

We’re conveniently located near a WRTA bus stop, and the WRTA fixed-route service is FREE to ride. WRTA also offers additional transportation options for individuals aged 65+ and for ADA-eligible persons who are unable to use regular bus routes.

I can't get there until after 3:00 PM.... What do I do?

If you call between 12 and 3PM and there are pizzas available, we can hold your pizza. It will likely be cold, but they warm up great in the oven!
